Coming from a Car and Insurance sales background I started working for Smart Move in March 2016. I feel with my high level of customer service coupled with my enthusiasm I will very quickly establish myself as a leading property consultant within the industry. I am thoroughly enjoying working for the company and feel like I have settled into my job role as a Sales Negotiator. Each day I am learning new skills and hopefully this will help progress my career path at Smart Move.

I have worked for Smart Move for over a year now and I am enjoying every moment of it so far. I have experienced many different scenarios whilst working at Smart Move. I have completed an apprenticeship which consisted off going to the Peterborough Regional College one day a week and have successfully passed an NVQ Level 2 Business Administration qualification. I feel now that I can push forward with my learning of the job role in hand.

I started my career in Estate Agency 6 years ago and I haven’t looked back since, I have trained in various different aspects of the job from sales to lettings, property management to property refurbishment meaning I can advise my clients in the very best way through every situation.
I have lived in Yaxley for 23 years and with my family running successful businesses on Main Street, I feel it gives mean edge when advising clients on their property, I attended both the Infant School & William De Yaxley in my younger years and now my partner’s children attend the Infant School meaning you might catch me in the mornings.
We are a very family oriented team throughout both Smart Move offices and we like to treat our customers as one of the family too, nothing is ever too much for us and the kettle is always on if you want to pop in and say hi.
The most enjoyable part about this job is the customer satisfaction you get from helping someone move whether it’s a rented property, their first purchase or their last move and them finding their ideal property that fits all their requirements. Alot of our business is made on referrals as when we do a job we do it to every highest standard making sure our clients come first.
